Knowledge and methodological expertise in project management are also of fundamental importance in administration and science management. Despite the widespread knowledge of the basics, there is often a concrete need for action in the selection and implementation of suitable strategies.

This interactive workshop offers the opportunity to compare your own knowledge with other players from the professional environment and to examine important steps in more detail, especially at the start of a project. Agile approaches to project management, which are used in various forms in science, will also be discussed. The most important planning steps will be brought to life using the participants' own concrete projects.

The aim is for each participant to critically scrutinise their current approach to project planning and develop it further. The participants apply their experience and knowledge to real work projects and deepen important steps and elements of project management.

In short: The interactive nature of the seminar serves to pool your knowledge and experiences of project management with those of other researchers. You will especially have a closer look at important steps at the beginning of a project. To make it more tangible, you will be able to apply planning tools exemplary. The aim is to both question and professionalize your current way of planning projects.
